Founder & Intellectual Property Counsel
Ayoub ABEIS is an accredited Industrial, Commercial and Intellectual Property Advisor recognized by the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC).
He began his professional career within OMPIC, where he served for three years and developed a rigorous understanding of regulatory frameworks, examination procedures, and institutional enforcement mechanisms.
In 2014, he founded his advisory firm with a clear objective: to transform industrial, commercial and intellectual property from a procedural function into a strategic business instrument. Since its establishment, the firm has supported domestic and international clients in structuring, protecting, and enforcing their rights across multiple jurisdictions.

When I began my professional journey within the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC), I gained more than technical knowledge — I developed a disciplined understanding of how industrial, commercial and intellectual property systems function at their institutional core.

For three years, I observed firsthand how rights are examined, granted, challenged, and enforced. That experience shaped my conviction that effective protection requires not only legal precision, but strategic foresight.

In 2014, I founded this firm with a clear vision: to build an advisory practice capable of operating at the intersection of regulatory rigor and international business strategy.

Since then, we have supported entrepreneurs, industrial groups, investors, and international companies in structuring and defending their rights across jurisdictions.
